How it works...

Step 1

Make your initial enquiry, email us, call us, complete the contact form, whichever works for you.

Step 2

We will arrange a meeting to discuss your requirements at a mutually convenient time, after this you'll complete our client portal with your personal information, and upload the required documentation.

Step 3

We will assess your circumstances and search the comprehensive range of lenders across the market (we have access to over 65 lenders) to find you the most suitable deal. We then present to you our recommendation for your mortgage and protection needs. If you're happy, we submit the formal application to the lender.

Step 4

We continue to support you, responding to any queries until your mortgage completes. To help we can introduce you to a solicitor who can assist with your conveyancing.
